With $2.4 trillion of assets under management, State Street Global Advisors has to be smart about how they operate their business. After centralizing their Global Product and Marketing Group to better serve their clients, the GP&M leadership brought us in to profile their capabilities.
To optimize the company’s investment in products and marketing we interviewed 50 SSgA senior leaders from around the globe including the top seven executives from each business unit. After we identified their highest-priority projects we defined correlating KPIs and set performance baselines.
We created a brand new website and online dashboards that monitor and display performance of these new initiatives quickly and easily. Dashboard information can be printed and shared in executive meetings to help make informed decisions.
