He is an expert in consumer insight-based strategies that grow revenue and market share. Peter, his wife and eight children reside in Kansas City.

Mike brings over twenty years’ experience breathing life into large-scale campaigns for global brands. After working on the Nike account at Wieden & Kennedy/Portland for nearly five years, Mike and his wife paused their successful careers to serve for a non-profit in Turkey. After returning to the US, Mike worked as Creative Director for the redesign of the Microsoft student website, the global repositioning for Finlandia and the global re-branding of The Episcopal Church. He and his wife live in Kansas City with their three children.

Frances speaks the voice of a brand in the language of its audience. A writer by trade and a fine artist by training, she is a highly-conceptual problem solver, adept at negotiating smart creative with strategic objectives. During more than twenty years as an ad writer, with a decade in New York, she has penned projects across a wide range of verticals, in nearly every medium, for such well-known names as Colgate, Palmolive, Irish Spring, Softsoap, Barilla, Garmin and Eli Lilly.

His work is featured on every kind of media, from television ads to online renderings. For two decades, he has counted Taco Bell, Radio Shack, Sega, and Sun Microsystems as clients and friends.
